Josh Thall has been involved in real estate project and construction management since 1999. Notable accomplishments include the development and management of more than three million square feet of commercial real estate. As a project manager of Foothills Commercial Builders, Josh is recognized for his multifaceted background at all levels of commercial, industrial, multi-family, and tenant finish construction. He also brings a breadth of experience in design-build, estimating, contract management, scheduling, and client service.

Josh is a well respected construction professional with a passion for customer service. He is constantly searching for ways to reduce costs and strengthen customer relationships.

Josh is originally from New York and holds a bachelor's degree from University of California, Davis. Josh is a LEED Accredited Professional who is committed to constant education on new and green technologies. Josh relocated to Colorado 10 years ago and in his spare time enjoys volunteering within the Denver community, golf, hockey, and spending time with his family.
